This project’s primary design goal was to add a 3 stop elevator to the owner’s house situated on a steep hillside.  The new elevator connects the bottom floor level garage to the main living area on the third floor.  The elevator is housed in the 3 story addition wing to the north which added needed storage space, rear entry access to the exterior, and a light filled sitting room facing the water views to the west.
