Built on the south shore of Lake Wenatchee, this new vacation home provides a comfortable retreat for a family of four. The setting is a steep wooded hillside bordering the lake.

The interior spaces of this tradition style vacation house are arranged around a centrally located, two story high, Great Room space. The second floor overlooks the Great Room and outward towards the lake. The exterior windows were carefully planned to take advantage of the spectacular views of the lake and the Cascade mountains as viewed from both floor levels.

This house was constructed using a highly efficient Structural Insulation Panel System (SIPS) for exterior walls and roof structure providing superb insulation protection in conjunction with low-e insulated windows and doors.”
